Move-in ready accommodation

Repairs in units or common areas are disruptive and annoying. If a property requires painting, carpeting, or cleaning, we will ensure this is done prior to you moving in. Before we show the property, we will make sure that all the necessary repairs have been made. The first impression that you get from your new home matters to us.

Healthy home

All our homes comply with specific standards for heating, insulation, ventilation, moisture and drainage, and draught stopping in rental properties. Ensuring that we are delivering you a warm, safe & dry home for you and your loved ones.

Home inspections

We understand how invasive home inspections can be, so we will ensure that we give you plenty of notice when we intend to complete our quarterly inspection to make the process as easy as we can for you.
